The picture we will show you below is usually given to Japanese students to assess their level of observance and intellectual abilities. For adults, however, this puzzle becomes a real challenge—some give up without finding all the items in the picture.
There are a total of 10 items in the image that need to be found: a toothbrush, a cane, a bell, a boot, a bone, a fish, a needle, a pencil, a fork, and a cap. Can you find them all? Let’s check!

Let’s assess your level of observance based on the items found:
Found 1–3 items. Low observance level. You are used to focusing and concentrating on one object. To focus on multiple items, it is necessary to train your visual skills more often.
Found 4–5 items. Average observance level. You did a decent job, but fell short of a good result. Perhaps you lacked perseverance or attentiveness. Take on various tasks to improve your visual abilities.
Found 6–8 items. High observance level. An excellent result that shows your skills are at a good level.
Found 9–10 items. Extremely high observance level. A magnificent result that few achieve. Applause to everyone who passed this test!
