The image we’ll show you below is usually given to Japanese schoolchildren to determine their level of observance and mental abilities. For adults, however, this puzzle becomes a real challenge—some give up without finding all the items in the picture.
There are a total of 10 items in the image that you need to find: a toothbrush, a cane, a bell, a boot, a bone, a fish, a needle, a pencil, a fork, and a cap. Can you find them all? Let’s check!

Let’s assess your level of observance based on the items you found:
Found 1–3 items. Low level of observance. You tend to focus and concentrate on one object. To focus on multiple items, it’s necessary to train your visual skills more frequently.
Found 4–5 items. Average level of observance. You did decently, but didn’t reach a good result. Perhaps you lacked patience or attentiveness. Engage in various tasks to improve your visual abilities.
Found 6–8 items. High level of observance. Excellent result, indicating that your skills are at a good level.
Found 9–10 items. Very high level of observance. A superb result that few manage to achieve. Applauding everyone who passed this test!
